HIIT BXNG is a session like no other – Get ready to sweat, build strength and have killer workout!

Get ready to sweat, build strength and most of all have a really good and fun full-body workout and discover muscles you didn't even know you had.

After attending a HIIT BXNG class you don't even want to get back to your regular gyms group classes anymore.

The session consists of high intensity bag work, strength training and conditioning exercises with loud motivating music in the background which helps you to push yourself even a bit more. HIIT training is a really effective workout and attending the class regularly you will notice how fast your condition and strength has increased.

At the class we work together as a group and our motivated trainers will support you in pushing your own limits. After each class you will feel more strong, more agile and even more motivated.

For HIIT BXNG you don’t need any previous experience of boxing, but once you know how to throw proper punches you will get more out of the high intensity bag work.

All condition levels are welcomed, and at the class the only one you are trying to win is yourself.
