BXNG Boxing classes

Boxing

Learn the real techniques of boxing. At the classes we practice different techniques mixing pair work and bag drills. Varied conditioning exercises are included as well, to boost your strength, stamina and overall fitness.

Advanced

The advanced class can be seen as a continuing for the courses and at the class we focus on refining  different techniques on a deeper level. Perfect for those looking to further develope their skills with more precision and detail.

Contact

Practice contact boxing in a safe environment. Please note we are not a competition gym and these classes are only for leisure boxing. For the class you'll need a mouth guard, headgear and 14oz or bigger boxing gloves.

Kickboxing

Our kickboxing class offers a high-energy, full-body workout that combines powerful strikes and kicking techniques. Suitable for all levels, you'll learn fundamental techniques using both hands and feet, while building strength, endurance, and coordination.

BXNG High-intensity classes

HIIT BXNG

HIIT BXNG is a session like no other – get ready to sweat, build strength and have killer workout! The session consists of high intensity bag work, strength training and conditioning exercises with loud motivating music in the background which helps you to push yourself even a bit more. HIIT training is a really effective workout and attending the class regularly you will notice how fast your condition and strength has increased.

CROSS BXNG

A revolutionary fitness boxing class that combines the intensity of boxing with the versatility of functional training.  Get ready for a heart-pounding workout! Expect to switch between intense boxing rounds and varied functional exercises like burpees, jump squats and push-ups. Each class pairs you up with a partner to complete the workouts together, tackling a specific number of sets for each exercise.

Live DJ

Each moth we host a HIIT or CROSS class with a live DJ spinning energetic beats that keeps the energy high and your motivation even higher. These  classes will take your training experience to a next level, combining the music with the intensity of the workout!
