BXNG Knock out week isn’t just a workout — it’s a test of your willpower, endurance and strength. Can you complete all 6 days? From boxing fundamentals to high-intensity HIIT, this challenge will push you to move, sweat, and fight through every round. No experience? No problem. Just show up, give it your all, and prove to yourself what you’re capable of!

Knock out week schedule

Day 1: Beginner's boxing

Learn the fundamentals. Build your foundation. Learn the essential boxing techniques like proper stance, basic punches and combinations, and footwork in a structured, easy-to-follow session.

Day 2: BXNG HIIT

This high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class combines boxing drills with explosive cardio and strength exercises to boost endurance, build power, and leave you feeling empowered.

Day 3: Footwork & defence

Boxing isn’t just about throwing punches—it’s about movement! Learn how to evade and counter with footwork drills and defensive strategies that will sharpen your boxing skills.

Day 4: Cross BXNG

A full-body power session that mixes boxing combos with functional strength training. Expect burpees, bodyweight exercises and resistance training that will build explosive power and real strength.

Day 5: Pair training pads

Work with a partner in this pad-focused session designed to improve accuracy, reaction time, and hand-eye coordination. Learn to land crisp, clean punches while developing timing and rhythm in a dynamic, interactive workout.

Day 6: BXNG HIIT

The final showdown! This session blends fast-paced boxing drills with HIIT-style conditioning to push your limits and leave you feeling unstoppable. A high-energy, sweat-drenched class that will finish the week STRONG!

Training times: Monday to Friday at 5PM and Saturday at 1PM
